Can't get into Sketchup 2021!

I have just updated my PC to sketchup 2021, I can sign into Trimble OK but get a screen saying ‘You are using SketchUp Pro on too many machines. Please sign-out from another machine, or manage your activations below.’ I only have 1 machine, 1 user on my account and have logged out of everything else on my PC ?? I can still run 2020 no issue ? Can some one help me arrrrgh

It will take you to your Account Management Portal ( myaccount.trimble.com will, too )
Sign in, go to the 'My Products ’ section on the left and click on ‘View Included App’ on the Plan.
Then, you can ‘Manage your devices’ for the SketchUp App.
Be shure to hit the ‘Deauthorize all’ button and to have seen the ‘Succes’-confirmation

I have the same problem with 2020 Pro. I get the message, “We are experiencing technical difficulties
The subscription server response is invalid.”
Same solution? De-authorize my comp?
