Can't access SketchUp Pro since upgrading to 2021 version

Ever since I upgraded to the 2021 version, I can’t access SketchUp - I keep getting this message: “You are using SketchUp Pro on too many machines. Please sign-out from another machine, or manage your activations below.”

If I try to manage my activations I can’t see any other users or sessions open. Need some help to figure this out please.
