I have a problem with sketchup school. I can’t connect since 3 months.
In the last years, i had access. I reset and add a new authorisation with microsoft Azure App
I have this problem :
It appears your school doesn’t have access to SketchUp for Schools. To gain access, please verify the following:
Your school is registered with Microsoft Education.
Your Microsoft account administrator has deployed SketchUp for Schools for your domain.
You are signing in with a Microsoft Education account.
Hi @mathieu.paulmier , thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the SketchUp for Schools app. I am happy to work with you to resolve the issue, but I’ll need some information from you first.
Can you verify that the app was deployed correctly from the Microsoft store and that you are signing in with an account associated with that domain? Also can you please share a screenshot of the developer mode console when you get the error message? I may be able to solve the problem faster if I can get access to that as it usually has more specific info.
Edit: Go ahead and redeploy the app. If that does not fix the issue please let me know and post a screenshot of the developer console error message.

In the 28 August, i delete the app and accept again and create a app with the url but it’s the same problem. I try since chrome, edge and other computer, Mac : also the same problem
Hi again @mathieu.paulmier, thanks for getting back to me. If you are getting that error, that tells me that it is possible that your admin made a mistake as they were deploying the app. Just to rule that out, can you please tell them to re-deploy the app and make sure to follow all the steps outlined in the video below? Once you have done that, try to load this page SketchUp in Chrome and try logging in.
Once we have done all of that, if it is still not working we can try some advanced troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the reply @mathieu.paulmier. If you followed all the steps in the video I linked, then we may have a tougher to identify bug. I’ll see if our experts can help out and get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for the update. I do not have any new information or suggestions for you at the moment but I will let you know as soon as I have anything I can share.
While we wait, can you send me a screenshot of the developer mode console when you load the page? I may be able to find some additional information in the console readout.
