Can't access cloud files?

Trying to load a previous sketch through the free web app. All my sketches are unavailable to load up - anyone else having this issue? I’ve cleared the cache in my browser, even tried using a different computer but no luck. Maybe the servers are down?

Do you mean SketchUp Free, the web browser-based version? I’m not having any trouble accessing mine via SketchUp for Web. The vast majority of the time this is reported, it turns out the user has been entering a different e-mail than the one associated with their Trimble Connect account. If you go to connect.trimble.com and sign in there, can you see your files?
