Did you try deauthorizing all ? By the way, the status page shows there is investigation of a problem in process: SketchUp status page

I don’t know what deauthorizing is. I’ll have to look that up… I did submit this problem to help. I’d just like to fix it sooner than later.

And BTW, after buying a subscription, I think you need to assign the subscription to a user (yourself) in the account portal.

Found another help page where someone had the same problem. I had to go into Members Section, and select “Modify Product Access”, and give myself access to Sketchup Pro. And now it works. Like I said in original post, the subscription/renewal/authorization process for Sketchup is ridiculously inane.…
