Cannot find my subscirption details

I purchased a Sketchup Pro subscription in May this year for an employee who works remotely. My office licenses were due for renewal in September. For some reason when the renewal took place, this license that was purchased this year has disappeared from my account and we are unable to find out what happened. Can somebody please help me?

I see activations for you and marivic. They are both under the company account, not your personal account.

we had another subscription purchsed for Sofia from my personal account. She was using it till the day all the renewals happened. So we had 2 licenses for the office and 1 for the remote work.
