I am trying to find a volume of the required floor levelling compound using Sketchup, and have created a shape using the gap to level from certain points. However the entity info does not display volume still.
I have deleted what I believe are all the additional lines and points in the model but cannot find what the issue remains to be - do I need to create more intersections instead?
I am on the app so cannot use the solid inspector plugin either. Any help would be most welcome!

To add, there is a hollow section in the model where a drain will be so I do not want that volume in the calculation, hence the hole.
Hi @chelseayouth thanks for the post! It looks like you are on the right track and just have made your model into too many groups for the solid calculation to take place. Just explode one layer and then you should see the calculations in the model info section of the app. For the record, it was 0.09 cubic meters in the version of the file I was looking at. Hope that helps!
To be a solid and register a volume you cannot have nested groups. If you double click on your floor and then select the group within the group (single click) you will get the volume.
