By paint bucket clicking a colour dialog box does not appear

I tried right away but clicking WINDOW>preferences in this moment SketchUp stops like frozen;

So the Preferences window doesn’t appear either?

Have you more than one monitor and you have changed your setup or disconnected one…? If so the Preferences window is probably opening off screen. Go Window/Preferences(to get focus on the dialog) then hit Alt+Spacebar, then m, then tap any arrow key once, and move the mouse around without clicking until the Preferences dialog comes into view.
