I have been subscribing to the license every year, and this year I purchased SketchUp Pro in April. I have been using both the 2025 and 2026 versions without any issues. However, today this message suddenly appeared, like in the image above, and now I cannot launch SketchUp.
I already purchased the license, so why is it asking me to buy it again? I have tried signing out and signing back in multiple times, but nothing works.
The image above is a screenshot from LayOut, but the same problem happens with SketchUp as well.
