Hi! I cleaned up my computer a bit and uninstalled SketchUp 2024 (I’m using 2026, and 25 is still installed). Since then, I’ve been having startup problems. I can open the program, but as soon as I try to open a project, I get a bugsplat. I’ve read in previous topics that it might be the graphics card, but nothing has changed there. Skp2026 worked just fine. What should I do?

You can try to repair the installation of SU 2026.
Download the latest version of SU 2026 installer from here: Download All | SketchUp
Right click on the downloaded installer file an choose "Run as administrator "
When prompted, choose "Repair "
I do see the bugsplat you sent in for 2026. The crash happened while loading Lumion, which other people have had happen as well. You could try removing that, to see if it’s the same problem for you.
If you can’t get into SketchUp to turn off Lumion, you may need to use File Explorer, to go to this path (you can copy and paste this in the path field to get to the right place) :
%AppData%\SketchUp\SketchUp 2026\SketchUp\Plugins\
When you get there, look for a Lumion file and folder, and either delete them or move them both to some other folder.
Some of us are facing the same issue on windows, I can’t even open an empty file, I must open a file on SketchUp 2025 then it will open on 2026 as a read only file, I must save it with another name every time I work on it. Colin told me that according to my bugsplats an extension fails to load, it seems rare to me that the extensions that fail to load are sketchup extensions like Dynamic Components or Advanced camera tools. Some people have solved the issue removing the Lumion and curic’s plugins.
