I’m having an issue where anytime I open any file in SU24 I almost immediately get a bugsplat. Sketchup was working perfectly fine for me up until a few days ago when this started. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? It’s quite frustrating.
Did you change something like add an extension?
I would start by locating the installer (check that it is the newest one), right-clicking on it, selecting “Run as administrator” from the context menu, and selecting the “Repair” option when the window appears.
If doing the repair does not work, try updating the Nvidia graphics driver.
Does SketchUp 24 work if you start a new model from a base template?
