My guess is your Num Segs setting is forcing creation of new geometry less than SU’s 0.001” min.
72 segments is overkill.
Experiment … What happens when the Num Segs is set at 12 ?
Have you sent the error report? If it’s a bug, it will be of help for the Trimble team …
Same inputs here but extrude path not same, but for case set up works ok.
From you initial post looks like you have extruded ok before?
