I have a subscription to SketchUp Pro 2024. As suggested, I am moving SU files from Dropbox to my desktop to work and open them from there. 594 is current. The issue was (before we patched it) that it would only go up 1 version and NOT to the current version. 2024.0.594 is current on Windows.
