Bug Splat on MacBook Pro

Hi! I downloaded the free trial of SketchUp Pro on my MacBook Pro 2 days ago. It worked great the first day but then it crashed. When I tried to download it again it shows a Bug Splat every time. I have already shut down my laptop and did an update on it hoping it would help, but nothing. Still doing the same thing. I have a MacBook Pro 2016, Processor 2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5,
Graphics Intel Iris Graphics 540 1536 MB

I’m not great with technology, but I’m hoping for an easy fix.

Hello, you might want to try that :

Try following the steps I gave in this answer: If you don’t still have the 2021.0.1 DMG in your Downloads folder, you can get it from this link: https://www.sketchup.com/sketchup/2021/SketchUpPro-dmg When that has downloaded, if the disk image window doesn’t appear automatically, double click on the SketchUpPro-2021-0-1.dmg file in your Downloads folder, and then you are ready to follow the steps I gave.

If it does not work, it might be due to a corrupted autosaved model
