Hi, Im fairly new to Sketchup and I’m having a problem with my brick texture. I’m using the trial version Sketchup Pro 2022 and working on a windows laptop.
The texture is nice and horizontal on two sides of my columns but horizontal on the other sides. I tried right clicking the face with the wrong position but I don’t have an option to rotate the texture.
If someone can help that would be cool, I’ve been trying to rotate it for about two hours with no luck.
You will probably have other problems with the texture, because you scaled the groups you made from the outside, and then you didn’t apply it (Scale Definition).
Learn the basics about groups, components and tags (you will work much easier), and for this case, having so many identical repeating elements, you normally use components instead of groups.
