Bought license online - received confirmation email - logged into portal - no product
What version - Pro? Go? Studio?

Did you log in with the same email you purchased with?
And if so, go to your Trimble account and make sure the product is assigned to the proper email.
I can’t find any products for you. I think you may have bought the higher education Studio subscription, which you would have done with Creative Engine. They may not yet have assigned the subscription to you. Contact them to ask if they can do that.
When I logged out and logged back there was “SketchUP Free” but I bought the student version for my daughter who is a civil engineering student.
Well I logged out an logged back in then “SketchUp Free” was loaded. I bought SketchUp for Students for my daughter. Is this the “free” version. Very confusing. How long should I wait for something else?
I didn’t by through creative engine. I just went to the website and bought sketchup for students on the website for my civil engineering student daughter. Now SketchupFree is in the portal. Very confusing. Did someone load the wrong product or is it all “free”
The SketchUp for Students link on our site does take you to Creation Engine. They would have assigned the subscription to your daughter’s edu email address. What I suggested still would apply, you would ask them if they have done that.
If you want, you can click on my avatar image and send a private message to me, with your daughter’s email address. I can then look up what I see is assigned to that email address.

Thats probably because you are a new user here on the forum. It has to do with security reasons…
