Sketch up login problem

I didnt recieve a mail about to my serial number or authorization number when ı check to my profile there are not writing my license sign for education but first I start I specially sign with my universty mail adress for take the student plan anyway when ı check my license there are writing my account has free sketch up license only but I remember exactly I paid this for one year and now I cant found an email about my serial number etc.

Hi @Hasan2534, thanks for the post. I’ll start off by moving this thread to the right area as the SketchUp for Schools section is for our k-12 offering and not for a full student license.

As for helping you out, I am guessing that you purchased the student version and that would mean you used one of our reseller partners. As our reseller partners are required to offer support for student licenses, you will need to open a support ticket with them first. Do you know who you purchased the license with?

I am not fully understand you about your franchise system but I signed with trimble and bought from there I remember this

Hmm… if that is the case, that would mean that you have an active subscription to one of our non-school versions. The most common thing we tend to see when it comes to this is use of a different email address when creating an account. I myself make that mistake sometimes with all the different email addresses I have used over the years.

With all that said, are you sure you are using the right email address when you try and log in? Also, sometimes licenses need assignment to show up for the user. Did you check that already?

I checked my other mail adress and I didnt see some mails about this matter but I only see this one some mails about my trimble idenity signed and I used this site to download sketchup maybe I bought some normal program that I dont remember . Can you check Do I have license for a program other than education one because like I said I paid something or some program in this site around 50-60(USD). thanks for your attention
