I recently purchased a product license for Sketchup Studio for students and received an email was successfully processed and ready to use. I used the link in the email, logged into the account that the email listed as the account owner, and once in the account it says I have no products. Any help on this would be appreciated, thank you.

Iām curious. Your forum profile says you have a SketchUp Go subscription. How are you having the same issue as the OP?
