Sketchup Install for Studio

Hello,

I am a student and I need to use SketchUp for an in-class assignment. I purchased Sketchup for higher education and sent proof that I am a student. They sent an email and verified that my order was successfully processed and ready to use. I pressed the manage your account button and SketchUp doesn’t show up in my orders. I waited a few days and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you go in Members and ASSIGN the product to YOU ?

I looked at your account, and the owner of the account is now a deleted user. That could possibly lead to problems.

But, you are marked as an admin, and so doing what Dan said should work.

Thank you for your answer! I went to members, clicked on both the deleted profile and the current one (admin), hit modify product access, and it says there is currently no products on this account.

Everything is moving to a new system, and it may be that yours is already there. Try this page:

Click on Users on the left, then the three dots next to your entry:

In the screen that pops up, try editing the assigned licenses area.

Hello, thank you for your answer. I tried to modify product access and it told me that neither had the product.

In the link I gave you there isn’t a modify product access option. Instead you have an edit user option. When you choose that you should see this:

Clicking the Assign licenses button should then let you assign a license to that user.

When I click the link, it shows me this.

That screen is what you see when you click on My Products. To assign a subscription you need to have clicked on Users.

It automatically brought me to my products when I clicked the link. I dont see anything about users.

In the upper left, is there a change account option? :

If there is, and you click on that, are there other accounts you could switch to?

There is nothing in the upper left, but there is a drop down in the upper right.

What page do you get to if you try this link:

Did you buy your subscription through Creation Engine? That would normally be the case for EDU subscriptions bought in North America. It may be that they have to assign the subscription to you.

Their customer service email is orders@creationengine.com

I am pretty sure I bought it from Trimble itself. I bought it and then had to provide proof that I am a student to Trimble. They assigned me the product but it did not show up.

Look at where you’re taken to when you click the Subscribe Now button.

Yup its creationengine, I’ll email them. Thank you.

An amazing staff worker at Trimble managed to manually push the license into my account so the problem is fixed. Thanks everyone!
