We’re seeing a lot of Microsoft Surfaces with this issue, especially. Those computers don’t generally have a 3D-class graphics card, so technically don’t meet our hardware requirements for 2017 onward: SketchUp Hardware and Software Requirements | SketchUp Help
However, with the fixes in that form, many can still use SketchUp as long as the model isn’t too complex.
