Best way to chamfer edge on solid model?

An advice on applying a hard chamfer to this edge? (Could not figure out Follow Me or Fredo round corner.)

I see no reason you would have issues with either from your image, perhaps if you attached the model we could offer some advice.

Change the offset, you have it set to 3’ 3 3/8 it should be 3/8 or 1/16 or such.
See where the green lines are, thats where your have it sized to.

You can also reduce the number of segments, your previous screenshot shows 10 seg which is overkill for most things.
