Being signed out

Hi All,

Have been experiencing a problem at work where I keep being asked to sign in to both SketchUp and Layout even though I have them open and am working on projects.

I’ve found that if I shut down SU or Layout, it solves the problem. I also had to shut down this morning in order to go on the 3D Warehouse even though I was working on a project.

It has only started happening over the last week. I’m on subscription. Is anyone else experiencing similar?
