Signing in problems, can someone please tell me why I have to sign in when I open another Sketchup file. Strange right because I’ve already signed in with the first window.

When I start getting messages like that I sign out of SketchUp - close all of my SketchUp/Layout windows and then sign in again.
That usually fixes it
