Asymmetric Stretch of Rectangular Board

How would I asymmetrically stretch a point (edge center) on the corner of a rectangular board from Point A to Point B as indicated on the attached SketchUp file. Leaving the remaining corners unaffected, transforming the rectangle into a trapezoidal shape.

Excellent Shep,

I kept going to the wrong tool; the Scaling, or Offset tools. I noticed the reference to stretch in the move tool, but I still had the object grouped, so it kept moving everything. I had tried un-grouping, but again was using the wrong tool. The Sketchup help videos, weren’t very “helpful”.
