It’s disappointing that this issue is taking so long to be resolved, and based on the response from ProSupport, it seems it might not be fixed at all. It’s hard to believe that such a valuable paid feature isn’t considered an essential part of SketchUp, leaving all of us without a valid solution.

I am sorry, but we do not have a solution for this SketchUp viewer for android 12+ is not supported and we cannot speak to any future developments with products.
However, I have seen this potential workaround posted by Colin in the forums:
“One other thing, if your Android phone has AR capabilities you could upload your model to 3D Warehouse, and view it in AR using Chrome”
You can also share the model with the customer using Trimble Connect link sharing and they can view the model without ever needing to download it:
