Dear all,
I have some issue using Sketchup viewer in several smartphone and tablet for access AR function as follow:
Smartphone:
Iphone 15 and 8+: No AR button in the menu
Samsung A33: The screen become dark once tab the AR button
Redmi 13: Once tab the AR menu, the Camera didnt run, and looping again into home screen.
Tablet:
Samsung S7 and S9: once tab the AR button, the screen become dark, and the camera is not open.
Please let me know if anyone know how to running AR function in Sketchup Viewer above.
I think @eric-s might know more about this, I pinged him for you…

I actually can’t speak to the level of development or support for the Viewer app. As a work around/alternative method, have you tried posting your model to 3D Warehouse and using the AR viewer built in there? It could be more consistent and stable. Perhaps @colin can assist further as to the device-specific technical issues you’re experiencing.

Yes, I already upload to 3D warehouse and still cannot be open.

Your profile says you are using Free Plan of SketchUp 2021. Does that mean you are using a cracked version of SketchUp?
