Anyone else have problem "we are experiencing technical difficulties" today?

Hey!
Anyone else having this issue today?

I just added a new user to our subsrciptions, she has not had a license earlier but even if she logs out and in again it wont work.
I wonder if the server in Europe is experiencing problems?
Or if there is some leftovers distrurbing from the earlier classic license at the client that I should remove manually, its Sketchup 2019 running on Mojave. I can try a reinstall as well…

Yes, I can´t open sketchup. One message say that I am using sketchup in several computers and another that sketchup suscription is not valid. Y just use the program in one computer.

Please, Can you help me?
