Licence server down 11-02-2025?

Hi, since the beginning of our day here 9AM CET we can not get sketchup to work due to a licence issue.
Even after doing the usual de-authorize all seats, disconnect, reconnect palava there’s a screen saying that the server is experiencing “technical issues” I’ve tried this on three computers this morning with both v23 & v24.

  • we can’t work at it’s damaging our bottom line, please get this fixed ASAP

Hi @paddyclown thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp. I just ran a quick test on the web version of SketchUp and that was working just fine. I also ran a quick test regarding the login process of the desktop version on my PC and it seemed to work as well. Are you still seeing the issue on your end?

Hi, thanks for checking - well, 15 minutes ago it still failed…
My colleague informs me that yesterday evening on one of our Laptops it failed 4 times before finally working… So maybe it will come back. Hope so, as one person has not been able to work today :frowning:
