All my products (not projects) are gone

Have been using Sketchup (free) for years. Yesterday I was using it. no problems. This morning, when I tried to enter “My products” in Skecthup, I did’n’t have any “products” to choose (eg. sketchup freemium). The message is “No products yet - You currently have no plans or products assigned to you.”
As if I was a new user… Which I’m not…!
Can anyone help ?

Nope… Can’t use the web app !!

I’ve tried, but when doing this, the sketchup-logo appears on the screen, and will never disappear. As if the program waits for something.

In this mode I’ve tried to press “F12” and it looks like it IS waithing for something. But I’m not IT-technician and I do not understand what it means.

Is this on a company PC? Might want to check they haven’t blocked the address.

The accounts were migrated to a new system, and if you sign in anyway, you should then get a product in the new system. The recent files on the Home screen may not be there, but going into Trimble Connect should show up your models.
