I’m trying to add a corner radius to a 3/4 inch thick panel. I measure in 1" form the two side to find exact radius of arc. Then use arc tool to make a perfect arc on one side. Try to duplicate on the opposite side of panel and arc is out of round by 1/32 inch. Checked measurements several time - same result.

Once you’ve made the first radius, you can immediately thereafter dbl click on other corners to duplicate the arc exactly, inside or outside corners.
