If you are just looking for the 3D Warehouse it can be found here.
Your profile indicates you are using SketchUp 2016. If that’s the case, the 3D Warehouse no longer supports that version. You can download the collada files from the 3D Warehouse via your internet browser and import the .dae file that is included.
