3D Warehouse Download

I have recently many problems to download from the Warehouse
For almost every model I try to download, I receive the message that there is no file do download.
I am using the Sketchup Pro 2016, everything was ok fews days ago.
Can you help me?

The 3D Warehouse only supports the last three versions of Sketchup so now that is 2017, 2018, and 2019.

For SU2016, you can go to the 3D Warehouse in your internet browser and download the Collada file which can then be imported under File>Import.

No, we generally only support 3 version of SketchUp. 2016 also uses older versions of native browsers, and unfortunately in the world we live in, it’s no longer acceptable or secure to run older sw that hasn’t been updated in sw we don’t control.

Thanks a lot for your answer. If I want to go on with Warehouse direct access, may I upgrade my SU2016 version ? Or I have to subscribe to the annually new version?

Upgrading would involve moving to the current version which is SketchUp 2019. There are now two options; the Subscription and the Classic license. Go to SketchUp,com to compare them. It’s the same version of SketchUp, though. If you purchased through a reseller, contact them again.
