3d warehouse search failed please check your internet connection

Hello,

I cannot search or apparently connect to the 3D Warehouse. Using Sketchup Pro V 2013.

Getting error message: 3d warehouse search failed please check your internet connection

Please help me connect.

You’ll need to upgrade to a newer version of SketchUp. The oldest version of SketchUp supported by the 3D Warehouse is 2014. Or you could access the Warehouse directly in your browser and download the Collada file for import.

or…I think you could download the model from 3DWH then open it with SU Make 2017, 2016, 2015 or 2014 then “save as” from there to 2013

I think it’s greedy of Trimble to force me to upgrade again from my “perpetual” license which worked fine for years.
