3D Warehouse, Error window, when trying to acces it

Hello, if you guys can help me, im getting this message window, when i try to open the 3D Warehouse, it says: i need to reconect to the internet again, but im conected already, thanks

What version of SketchUp are you using? If it’s 2019 or earlier the 3D Warehouse no longer supports those v ersions.

OMG, Im lost then, im using Sketchup Pro, 2018, how sad, hahaha , thanks

Please put that in your profile.

You can use your internet browser to download the collada versions of components and then import the included .dae files into SketchUp. Or maybe it’s time you upgrade to SU2022.
