Hello. Until before Sketchup 2025 I was able to access the 3dWarehouse, search for “window” as a material and get numerous low quality materials. Have these low quality materials been removed after the update?
also here, they are a filter now
Thank you so much!
I see that those materials are the ones that was following the software itself, not the downloadable ones. I was able to access hundreds of materials through this site just by searching a random thing. “Window” had hundreds of results. I cannot find them anymore.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I cannot find what I am looking for through the links mentioned.
It used to be something like this: Sketchup free seamless Textures
Do you know how I find these materials on a webpage? I am using Desktop 2017 version. I want to add basic low quality windows for a large building complex, but I do not know where to find them after the 2025 library update
do your search, pick materials, then click on filter top right, and at the bottom of the filters, tick the Show Extracted Materials in Results
thing
you can also try https://architextures.org/
it has an extension - sketchup 2017 is not listed as compatible but I just tried it ans as far as I know, it’s fine.
Wonderful! That worked. I entered the sketchup content library and got no results or a filter-button, but the trick was to go through the main page which you show above. Thank you so much!
