Just a heads up! If you have a 3D connexion space mouse hold off on upgrading to sketchup pro 2018. The 3d rotation
does not work. 3D connexion is aware of the problem and are working on it.

That’s very strange, as mine is working fine. All that was needed was to copy the files to the right folder.

After manually copying the extension files, i have no problem with my 3DConnexion mouse in 2018.

There are several other threads about getting the 3D Connection mouse to work with SU 2018. Do a search of this forum and you should find them.

I have posted this more than once elsewhere in these forums:
Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins
There is a 3DXSketchUp folder and a 3DXSketchUp.rb file there.
Copy these over into the corresponding C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\SketchUp\Plugins folder and it should work.
