Shift+number. ctrl+Shift+number. Shortcut keys not available. I don’t know if everyone is in the same situation

They work if using the number keys above the letter keys in 2021.

It is above the letter and cannot be used. It should be a bug of 23.1.315

The official should carefully check the shortcut key system, and (/) cannot be used as a shortcut key anymore
