I have a carpet with a picture printed on it.
Is it possible to wallpaper/wrap a room with a picture on sloping walls?
I want the carpet/image to go up the walls. What tool do I need? I'm stuck.
On the blue walls.

What do you want to do with the white areas in the image? Depending on that, you may be able to use the Paint Tool. Plus, in SketchUp for Web you can’t install extensions to help you.
Should your model have all those gaps between surfaces?
There should be no gaps, the carpet should go seamlessly up the walls.
I’m going to get Sketchup Pro.
The model will be shown to designers before a decision is made.

But first, you should create the model correctly.
Pro alone won’t do wonders in this case. You need to have a properly created model, know exactly how you want that texture to spread across all those surfaces, etc…
