Viewports when exporting to PDF disappear or crash when I open the PDF
I was exporting several different files, until a copy arrived and the file crashed, making it impossible to open the PDF on the cell phone.

Share the LayOut file.

What operating system? You put ā€˜1ā€™ as the answer to that in your forum profile but that is useless. What graphics card? ā€œ1ā€ is equally useless as an answer to that question.

The file is very heavy so I put it on the drive.

I donā€™t think it is relevant to your issue, but I opened your SketchUp model, purged it and used a plugin to resize all textures to 512 px and then relinked it to your layout file. The file size went from over 690 MB to less than 129 MB.

With the High quality and no JPG compression settings the exported PDF file becomes enormous, almost 137 MB. I doubt if any phone has been optimized to show that big files. On my PC, my old Adobe Acrobat needs more than 600 MB of memory to view it.
I finally tried the Save Optimized function in my old Acrobat. This reduced the PDF to about 6 MB with no appreciable quality degradation. No idea if this can be viewed on a phone.

I did everything that was said and still the problem persists!
In fact, the file size changed and I thank you for the tips, but my problem persists when I open the PDF on a mobile device, it simply closes!
whereas with others Iā€™ve done, this doesnā€™t happenā€¦
for example, in this file I am attaching, it is only 8mb and still has this problem
