Those lines were not in the file you posted.
Either they are not laying on the face with the grass texture or they are inside a different context (group or component).

There are times when edges look like they are correctly placed, but are not exactly on the face. One work around is to Edit/Cut, then Edit/Paste in Place. That usually fixes the problem.
