I’m trying to round the profile of this shape using the follow me tool.
But I get a result like this.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Not at my computer right now, but I guess that the last segment of your path before the 90 deg turn is shorter than the radius of your fillet.
It’s not due to size, but there is something odd going on… My recommendation would be to use Round Corner, instead.
Thank you guys, I’m doing some tests more after reading Anssi answer.
I think it’s because it’s not 90 degree.

@TheOnlyAaron was right about that was not the reason in the example I showed.
I fixed the 2d shape with a 90 degree angle and I drew an arc bigger and it happened what @Anssi said, the arc was bigger than the last segment so this was the result.
After drawing a 90 degree angle and a smaller arc it worked like a charm.
