Why does my sup22 starts flickering?

Sometimes my sup 22 starts flickering, or at least the model info panel.
While this panel is flickering, i can not use basic commands like move and need to wait up to 3 minutes. Maybe it aint that long, but 10 times 3 minutes adds up to my frustration of yet another issue with a once perfect program :frowning:

Anyone knows why does this happen? How to fix this? How to prevent this? How to …

Update:
When the info panel is closed, one does not notice the program is busy with … something.
Once i opened the info panel i noticed the flickering, so i need to keep this panel open to determin when to wait … until the next flickering period.

Commands seem to stack while the program is flickering and gets stuck.
After a minute or two one of many commands was activated and the flickering stopped … for now.

If so, i wish for only one present … a bugless sketchup that works as it should!
I know, it’s like wishing for worldpeace, kinda impossible :crazy_face:

When did you last update your graphics card driver? Is SketchUp using your Nvidia card? Are you using a notebook dock?

Unless I miss my guess, the rig you have listed in your profile is long in the tooth. May be time to update.

At home i am using SU17 and SUp24 on my laptop work station with Nivia card.
Could be 6 month ago i last updated drivers, not sure tho, will have to double check.

At the office i have a desktop working station with the Intel Iris card.

Could be a year ago i last updated this machine, will start updating next week.
