Program is repeatedly freezing

I did a windows update and now Sketchup is freezing repeatedly. At one point my screen even went black and started flashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it was still happening. I also uninstalled the updates and still no progress. I have a project due tomorrow and I’m screwed if I can’t get this to work.

Your profile is a bit misleading - if you are a SU Pro user, you would not be using SU Free, a web app. And knowing something about your graphic card is important.

From your symptoms, sounds like an issue with your graphic card, specifically the driver. Are you using a laptop? Do you have a dedicated graphics card or solely relying on integrated Intel graphics? Update your graphic driver recently?
