Why are there no files in my scrapbook?

It just says drop files here. There were files here last time I used Layout.

Did you install SketchUp correctly by right clicking on the downloaded installer file and choosing Run as administrator?

Yes. The files were there yesterday when I last used Sketchup.

Do the files show in C://ProgramData/SketchUp/SketchUp 2021/LayOut/scrapbook?

Have you installed the latest version? If not get it from Download All | SketchUp
