Where is Extension manager "button" in Sketchup

I’m using Sketchup 8 because 2015 is slow and clunky on my PC. Just purchased an extension (Bezier Manager…looks really cool) but I am told that I can’t install purchased extension unless I access the Extension Warehouse through SketchUp. How do I do that? Can’t find the “button”. I also can’t download the RBZ and manually install either (I think). Anyone know how I can install this extension? Thanks!

The Install Extension button was added in the second maintenance release of SketchUp 8 (M2). You’d need the latest update to SU8.
