You are looking at the wrong folder. The leftmost panel in your screenshot is the root folder of your drive (evident from the names of the other three folders there). Your friend’s screenshot starts from their home folder (again, evident from the other folders there). However, as noted in other p…

Have you tried to copy what you have in the 2023 folders? I can’t tell you if the materials, styles, etc. are copied when installing a new version.

Custom user resource files and templates are not automatically migrated. You must copy them manually.

Thank you for your answers. The folders in 2023 is also empty, it looks the same as 2024. How do I copy them manually? How do I save my materials so I can copy them in to my updated SketchUp?
