When Chromebook shows unexpected behavior with the SketchUp web apps

When setting up a new Chromebook it is very easy to choose an option to synchronize your existing settings. Doing that can have the effect of moving over your Chrome extensions, including some that may be desktop only, not intended to work on Chromebook. That can lead to unexpected behavior.

One example is Link Klipper, a developer extension. Having that active in Chrome on Chromebook will lead to contextual menus not working in SketchUp.

So, think carefully about what you migrate onto your new Chromebook.
