What is this symbol?

What is this symbol and why is it not in my software? Was this present in older versions? Or do I need to download or do something to see it in my panel? I saw this symbol in a video but I do not see it.

That’s the old version of the Follow Me tool. You must have been looking at a rather old video. You don’t need it as the new version already exists.
