I bought a license over a day ago - I expected immediate access like 99% of how the digital tech world works

What is going on ?

I have no confirmation email, no payment history - nothing - even though I entered all my details and finished the license purchase.

I emailed their tech support and also no reply.

How is this how they actually operate their licensing - it’s ridiculous

I hope someone gets in touch soon.

I am able to see orders, and I see one from you yesterday, but it showed no product, and the amount is 0.00. Something seems not to have worked.
