Hello! I’m Loren and I’m in grad school studying landscape architecture. I’m a “mature” student and cannot get my head around Rhino or AutoCad so I switched to Sketchup which has been more than adequate, though my profs are scandalized.
I’m a beginner and would like to use Sketchup professionally. I have not attended a Basecamp but I watch various people on YouTube and listen to the old podcast and feel like I know the gang!
I like it because it is fairly intuitive and as complex or as simple as I want it to be. I dislike it because for some baffling reason, suddenly LayOut stopped opening! I have purged so much and reinstalled 4 times now… 
I have a MacBook Air model Z125000DNLL/A from 2020 with an M1 chip. I’m using Skp 2025.
